Purchased files are sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you have the confirmation email but no files, please wait a few minutes as the files are sent in a separate email.

We provide 8 Embroidery formats compatible with all major Embroidery machine brands: PES, ART, DST, CND, EXP, JEF, HUS, and XXX; if you’ve made a purchase but haven’t received the format you need, please reach out to me and I will fix it or refund your purchase.
We provide all embroidery files in 3 sizes:
- 4x4in hoop
- 5x7in hoop
- 6x10in hoop
No. These aren’t embroidered patches; we sell digital embroidery files for use with computerized embroidery machines. There is NO PHYSICAL SHIPMENT for any order placed on our website. All files will be delivered via email.
If you own a machine, or have access to one, you can use the files you purchase here to stitch out the respective design onto the medium of your choice. For example, a cap/hat, t-shirt, polo, shirt, jacket, towel, quilt, etc.
There’s a big advantage in buying a digital file rather than a ready-made patch. These digital files, once bought, are yours to use forever. You can use them an unlimited number of times for any application you want.

The processed files you purchase from Embroidery Stock Designs are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use, re-selling, and re-distribution is prohibited.
